Leads Management

This section details on how exactly to handle leads. To get started the methodology as follows;

  1. Identify companies that will be targetted that falls under the customer segment of the product.
  2. Keep that list under monday.com CRM.
  3. Based on each CRM / Company item, determine the strategies to approach them accordingly.

Strategies to approach a lead

These are a few below that allow us to approach a company. Few questions to ask when going through each potential lead.

  1. Digital stalk the company, how many employees? how many sites they may have? what is their services they are providing?
  2. Determine whether our solution can assist them in any way to enhance their value?
  3. Come out with a script that enable the salesperson to target this particular lead.
  4. Determine the approach strategy, whether is it through cold phone call, or cold email? or through knock-door. best if can get word of mouth recommendation to get into the company to do a presentation

Record all the above brainstorm and ideas in monday.com either in comment format, and encourage meeting and discussion when going through each lead.

Each meeting should constitute towards actionable items, who will be following up, and date to accomplish this task.

Imagine in monday.com there are the following leads;

ABC SDN BHD

The team has determined that to get in touch with this company, will need cold call / cold email. Therefore, the team will indicate this 2 activity inside monday.com.

Any further discussion regard the lead itself, can be done in the comment feature.

To take note that cold email and cold call are the sub items of ABC Sdn Bhd. Most sub-items are activities are to be carried out by the team, and the main item is the lead that we are interested in.

In the comments, the team can write out the script, and plan out what to do to tackle with this lead. As shown in the image below:
